  1. This directory contains a suite of the 16 bit version of WISP files for
  2. Windows 3.1.  They are packed in a zipped file having a filename in the
  3. format, wisp16nn.zip, where nn is the sequence number of the update.  This
  4. file will be updated from time to time as enough updates occur in the
  5. suite of WISP files to warrant doing so.

  7. Also from time to time there will be other files located in this directory. 
  8. They will be components of the WISP files that have been updated since the 
  9. entire suite has been updated.  These files will be later versions of files 
  10. contained in the wisp16nn.zip file and replace them.  When the wisp16nn.zip 
  11. file is updated, these files will be included in it and the individual 
  12. files deleted.
